In the small village of Ca’ di Rocco, 3 km from Semproniano and 14 km from the famous thermal baths of Saturnia, is this stone house of about 150 sqm on two floors, with two entrances, and with a plot of land of about 8000 sqm.
Above the road you enter a small hallway from where you access the kitchen with fireplace, the large living room, and the two bedrooms.

The old structure with chestnut beams and terracotta floors has remained intact.
