Ancient farmhouse of 221 sqm with forty hectares of land in the Tuscan Maremma, in the happy triangle of Saturnia-Scansano-Parco del Monte Labro (Amiata) at 600 m above sea level. Completely restored. A paradise of well-being thanks to the totally uncontaminated Mediterranean scrubland with more than five hundred medicinal plants.

Most of the land is dedicated to pasture, the rest to woodland. The pastures are bordered by hedges and separated by wire fences with numerous gaps. The property is crossed by a small stream called Acquaviva.

The villa, built at the end of the 19th century, has been recently restored in the classic Tuscan style. Built in natural stone, it is situated 700 metres from the entrance gate to the property.
On the ground floor: dining room, kitchen with fireplace, living room with another fireplace, double bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, single bedroom (currently used as a pantry) with door to the garden, utility room, boiler / laundry room.

Some of the walls have exposed stones, the floors are in cotto, the doors and windows are in solid wood, made in the classic Tuscan style.
From the villa there is a spectacular view over the pastures and woods of the property.

The stable is newly built and can accommodate up to 14 horses (7 indoors, 7 outdoors). The grooming and saddling room includes a dedicated hoover and infrared drying lamp. Rubber flooring.
