Querciafelice is a beautiful estate, set in a 7-hectare property in the municipality of Manciano, in the Tuscan Maremma, not far from Capalbio and Monte Argentario. In this property there is an olive grove with 700 olive trees from which an excellent organic olive oil is produced.
It consists of three villas with swimming pool. When you arrive at Querciafelice, you are greeted by a charming avenue of cypress trees that leads to a wonderful garden with lawn, large rose beds, and an organic vegetable garden whose products are available to guests.

Villa Robinie
This 100 sqm villa is on two floors. It can accommodate up to 4 people, having two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bright and well furnished living room with sofas, armchairs and fireplace, as well as a delightful small well equipped kitchen and a nice bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs there is a bright coloured double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with large shower. The outdoor area includes a pleasant garden with a nice lawn and a wooden porch with sofas and a dining table for 8 people.

Villa Gelso
This 200 sqm villa is on one floor and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, has two beautiful porches, one on the north side and one on the west side of the house, each with dining table for 12 people, ideal for outdoor dining. From the north side you can see the small village of Manciano which is 4 km away. Inside the villa there is a large and comfortable living room, furnished with sofas, a library and a fireplace. Next there is a nice and lively fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and breakfast table. The sleeping area consists of 5 bright and colourful bedrooms – 4 doubles and one single – all with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Villa Quercia
With its 500 square meters, Villa Quercia is the largest of the three villas that are part of the Querciafelice estate. Ideal for a family, it consists of two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people. Villa Quercia is surrounded by a garden with lawn and has a large terrace with sofas and dining table for 12 people on the west side, and a porch with dining table for 8 people in front of the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a beautiful entrance hall, with on the left a very bright living room with 5 sofas and 4 armchairs, in a refined setting, equipped with a library wall with fireplace, television and a large film collection. Next to the lounge, a large dining room with a beautiful antique table and direct access to the porch. Completing the floor is a lovely guest bathroom, equipped with an antique bathtub. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms and another one with a single bed: it can accommodate up to 5 people. Both rooms have double beds and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. At guests’ disposal there is also a large kitchen fully equipped with modern dishes, utensils and appliances, with a large table. This is the main kitchen of the property and it is here that, on request of the guests, cooking lessons, convivial occasions and use the spaces for private events can be organized.
Guests who rent the entire property have access to the common areas of Villa Quercia by prior arrangement.

Located in a green and quiet environment, in this estate it is easy to combine relaxation with maximum privacy. In the middle of the delightful garden there is a 25×4 meters swimming pool, totally surrounded by greenery and next to it a large gazebo furnished with sofas and chaise longue for a comfortable lounge area; there is also a table for 12 people and a kitchen equipped with the necessary for pleasant outdoor meals. If you wish, Querciafelice has a synthetic grass tennis court and five-a-side football pitch. It is possible, on request, to book massages, yoga lessons, personal trainers and a wide range of treatments.
