The estate was built in the late XIX century by Count Piccolomini (owner at the time of the castle of Triana and thousands of hectares of land in the area) for its bailiff: the shape of the house is a horseshoe, originally the ground floor there were stables, the shelter of the tractors and the barn and the house upstairs. The house has been completely restored maintaining the typical construction features.
The farm has 45 hectares divided into woodland, pasture-land, pine forest and olive groves, from which the own oil is produced. The surrounding park is composed mainly of pine and olive trees. The house has been restored in 2008 by the present owners.
