Podere Faeta in Vallerona

Description

Podere Faeta is a 22-hectare farm consisting of a large chestnut grove, a small vineyard from which a genuine wine is produced and several olive trees from which the farm’s oil is produced. Podere Faeta is also an agritourism completely immersed in nature, the ideal place to relax, taste typical local products, stay in close contact with nature and animals, all in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. Recently renovated, it is equipped with solar panels for heating water that comes directly from a nearby spring, and a wood heating system.
The farm is located in the geographical region of Maremma in southern Tuscany, precisely in the village of Vallerona (4 km from the village) on the slopes of Mount Amiata, a mountain rich in springs but also in mineral and naturalistic resources that offers the possibility to walk along the many paths through its forests.

The farmhouse Podere Faeta consists of a main building of about 260 sqm with kitchen, living room and five double bedrooms with private bathroom on two floors, and an outbuilding of about 40 sqm. A perfect starting point to visit the characteristic places of the Maremma, only 30 minutes by car from the thermal baths of Saturnia and 40 from the Grosseto sea.

The main house is divided as follows:
on the ground floor there is a living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a cellar, a laundry room and a storage room;
on the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and another bedroom with en suite bathroom; the latter also has an independent entrance from an external staircase.
Outside there is a loggia and a porch.
The dependance has a kitchen-living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor.
A few metres away there are 3 other buildings to restore of about 160 sqm in total.
