Описание
A large and historic farmhouse in Maremma, on top of its own hill, near the Terme di Saturnia, an exceptional place for meetings and events. It is located at the end of a long private road and is surrounded by its own wood. The large garden also includes an amphitheater and shaded areas for the summer.
It is 1 km from the town of Manciano towards the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Argentario. Despite being in Tuscany, it is closer to Rome and its airport.
Probably, the house dates back to the fourteenth century and was born as a small convent. A second part was added in the twentieth century and the large stable now used as an «open studio» was built around the center years ago. The entire ground floor was used for livestock and the family above. Now the house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, the large event space and a lounge with a baby grand piano. There are two kitchens (one outside, one inside).
